Every year, my dad's company throws a big party for the 500 Festival Parade at one of their buildings downtown--really, the best way to "do" the parade (reserved parking and seats, lunch, cotton candy, clowns doing face painting/balloons/etc) and it's fun now that Charlie's old enough to get it. (we went last year, too).
